The Freezefest 5K race has become a traditional “must run” event for Eastern Iowans. If you are ready to shake off the cabin fever and get out and hit the roads for a fun 5K, register today! The Freezefest is a 5K Run & Walk on the roads within Squaw Creek Park in Marion, IA.

There’s a big post-race social immediately following the run at the Prairie Oak Lodge. Stick around for lots of food, music, your favorite beverages, and ton of door prizes. Due to park regulations, the registration is limited to the first 400 people registered.

Sign up early and you’ll get a spectacular long sleeve tech shirt, or upgrade to a hoodie for just $5!  There will also be homemade treats, door prizes, and the 2017 Corridor Running Circuit winners will be announced.

Corridor Running and the Freezefest donates race proceeds to Boys and Girls Clubs of Cedar Rapids.
