2020 Update:

Out of an abundance of caution during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as damage sustained to the Amana RV park from the derecho, we have decided to cancel this year’s Amana Timber Trek race. Corridor Running’s mission is to promote healthy lifestyles and we feel that we must start by protecting the health of our runners, volunteers, and race organizers by holding off on the 2020 event. *We look forward to hosting this race in 2021!* Keep running and stay safe this fall!
A portion of the race fees goes to Amana Forestry. Although we will not be able to make the full donation this year, the race organizers are making a personal donation of $100 and Corridor Running is doubling that donation and donating $200 to Amana Forestry. If you are interested in making an additional donation, please contact mikenewman (at) corridorrunning.com.

Timber Trek is a 4.8 mile Adventure Run. The race includes cross country trails, giant hay-bales, creek crossings, a steep gully with ropes, and many log obstacles. PREPARE TO GET DIRTY!

Where: Amana Colonies RV Park & Convention Center, 3890 C St., Amana, IA 52203

Distance: 4.8 miles

This fun race begins and ends at the Amana Colonies RV Park with a loop through the timber. The event is more trail run that it is an obstacle event and there will be creek crossings where you can expect to get wet, muddy, and have a blast!

After the race, stick around for the post-race party where we’ll be grilling Amana bratwurst and pouring local beer.
